Countdown
MIA again... Recap: Lhasa and the Nam-Tso Lake for about a week (splendid) then we decided to go to Chengdu in the Sichuan Province for a couple of days. We climbed Emei Shan, a Middle Kingdom's Buddhist Mountain dotted with monasteries and temples... We actually stayed in a monasteries called Venerable Trees Terrace (1120 meters). I was hoping to wake up to Monks' chants but it didn't happen; just the birds and the sun piercing through the mountains. You can't have it all. I loved itWe had to climb back down (and dodge the fierce monkeys) the next day and rush to Chengdu Airport. I got back to Guangzhou a couple of days ago and I'm chilling with Ivana and Carlos for a little while. I'll have to go back to Hong Kong eventually to catch my flight to London. It's over but it's not over... Stay tuned!
